Orders are processed within 2 business days. If you need your order to be expedited, please contact us once your order is placed and we will process it ASAP. 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of shipment for any reason. It must be returned in the same condition as it was sent. Additionally, if NWTs, the tags must still be attached.

Shipping is included in the cost of your products.

We accept all major credit cards. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover Card.

We carry plus sizes only.  Women's sizes are size 14-30 or XL to 4X.  Men's Sizes start at waist size 40. We carry XL to 4XL, including XB and Tall sizes.

We will indicate to the best of our ability if an item is EUC (item is in excellent condition, without store tags, but similar condition as when purchased), Gently Used (store tags have been removed and there are light signs of wear) and Good Used (item has average signs of wear without any fraying, piling, holes, discolorations or stains).

Returns will be processed within 2 business days by staff. Credit cards companies and banks typically process refunds in 3-7 business days.
